We are off to a great start in 2023 as we near the end of Q1. It has been wonderful spending time with team members throughout my trips to Hyderabad and Pune in January and my trip to Rochester last week. I look forward to rounding out these visits with a trip to Duffield at the end of the month. To those that have provided me feedback so far - thank you!
I am committed to listening and acting as we make this a great place to work, and your feedback makes sure we do that.
Please be sure to attend our upcoming Town Hall meeting on April 13 at 11 a.m. Eastern. We will be reviewing the organization's action plans as a direct result of your feedback from all the listening sessions this quarter.
All my best,
"eHealth Technologies has been an outstanding partner from the time we contracted with them. They handle new integrations and ongoing support with professionalism and care, and their product expertise is outstanding."

Congratulations to our sales teams for continuing expansion efforts with the following customers:
Rush University Medical Center Urology Oak Park
Stanford Nuclear Medicine
Northwestern Memorial Myeloma
City of Hope - Phase 2 Pathology
The team is working to implement all of these key expansions for the four key clients. Great job to Alisha Johnson (Northwestern), Kristine McGrath (Rush), and Emillie Martello (Stanford). The City of Hope pathology expansion, which is a team effort, will improve operational performance to grow that volume to over 120 requests per day over the next year.
Your Collective Impact Makes a Difference!
"Attitude of Gratitude" - Dianne Callahan, City of Hope Patient
eHealth Technologies is playing a critical role in improving the new patient experience at City of Hope. By gathering the medical records, images, and pathology material for new patient visits, we are helping physicians and their teams focus on what matters most – patient care. Our team takes the burden off the clinical staff in several different ways. Our Order Entry Team submits requests into the eHealth Connect® Platform for the City of Hope clinical staff. Our Operations Team gathers the available medical records, clinically optimizes and organizes the records, and uploads the records directly into the EMR system at City of Hope. The eHealth Technologies Imaging Team receives physical CDs of images, processes and electronically pushes images into the City of Hope LifeImage Platform.
As of today, the eHealth Technologies Operations Team has helped collect medical records, images and/or pathology for over 25,000 City of Hope patients.
We hope that this video puts into perspective the collective positive impact you and your team members have on patients like Dianne. YOU make a difference!

We'd like to take this opportunity to share about Barasala, a special traditional ceremony that takes place when naming a newborn baby. In Hindu communities, a newborn baby is placed in a cradle for the first time, and Barasala is usually celebrated on the 11th, 16th, and 21st days after the birth of a child. Throughout this ceremony, the baby is given a bath, clothed, and placed in a cradle. Women gather around the cradle to sing traditional songs. In the ritual, the mother is honored, and the child is blessed by the elders of the family and community.
The father whispers the baby's name into the baby’s ear three times. The name is also written on rice spread on the floor or on a tray. The baby is placed in the cradle by the elder member from the kid’s father’s family with or without the priest chanting mantras while the kid is put in and the elder swings the cradle three times followed by blessing the child. Blessings from the rest of the family follow, and the entire ceremony can be done either at home or in a temple.
Although the child cannot understand the purpose, the ceremony helps the parents to realize that they must shape their child into a good citizen and show a bright future to the child. It also helps the guests realize the greatness and sweetness of human life.
Thank you to Ravi Kiran Jannila for sharing this special tradition with us! Congratulations to Ravi and his family for the birth of their baby, Mayukha, which means "ray of light", on January 11, 2023.
