Did you know that every minute of every day has the potential of making a positive impact? Whether it's for a customer, a patient, a team member, a family member, or a friend, our actions and the way we choose to spend our time means everything. That's why what we do at eHealth Technologies is so important.
That extra minute you spent making that phone call or pushing through that records request helped a patient get one step closer to receiving the help they needed to get on the road to recovery as quickly as possible.
I appreciate your commitment to our mission and am proud to be part of this team. I'm also proud to be part of a team that represents 80% of the hospitals on the U.S. News & World Report's 2023-2024 Best Hospitals Honor Roll List. How fantastic is it that we get to partner with these highly regarded healthcare facilities? And to have helped over 235,000 patients so far this year? Incredible.
Let's continue to keep our mission front and center. If you ever have any questions, my door is always open.
All my best,
"eHealth Technologies has been great to work with. Our users often make it a competition who can use eHealth Technologies more across the departments!"
-Carol Mattingly, Manager, Kidney Transplant, UofL Health
We recently shared a moving story about a patient whose life was turned around in the best way because the medical experts at City of Hope took the time to understand the patient’s case after the patient was told he only had a couple of years to live. After quickly obtaining his medical records and scheduling him for an appointment, the doctors at City of Hope were able to prescribe an alternate treatment path that saved this patient’s life. Read more about this patient’s journey here. This is simply one success story out of many that shows that what we do at eHealth Technologies is important! We hope you are encouraged by this patient’s story and know that your work in this organization matters.

The Employee Engagement Committee has been making great progress on the action items that have been assigned to the five subcommittees that were formed to make eHealth Technologies a great place to work. Everyone has been working hard since the beginning of the year to achieve this goal and we look forward to continuing to share our progress and success with everyone at the next Town Hall meeting. A big thank you to the subcommittee champions and all the team members that have been collaborating for months, bringing these action items to life!
